'Pffff'

'We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...

'The room was clean, and the breakfast was good with plenty of vegetarian options. However, it would have been helpful to have a cabinet or wardrobe to store personal belongings.'

'The property was clean and taken care of'

'Like the staff and breakfast choices, but didn’t like no access to pool even with card.'

'Hotel was clean, Breakfast was hot and good. Pool and hot tub was nice. Staff was very nice.'

'Good location, decent rooms, parking available '

'Repeated loud banging noises, apparently from the plumbing, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I woke up several times and felt exhausted the next morning. A restful night is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Unless this issue is resolved, I would be reluctant to stay here again.'

'Very friendly and helpful management and workers. Very clean rooms.'

'The room was small, the balcony was nice but didn't really have time to use it. Over all it is an older property but worked for what we needed it for. The breakfast was nice to have for guests.'

Personeel is super vriendelijk.

'I love everything about this hotel, the room was big and the view is amazing, the staff so friendly. We’re love stayed here and would like to come back again ❤️'
