'I had a very disappointing experience at Echo Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham in Austin/Round Rock. I booked this hotel because the website clearly advertises it as pet-friendly with suite-style accommodations. However, upon check-in, I was asked to provide credentials for my service dog. This request goes against ADA guidelines, as hotels are not permitted to require documentation for service animals. Since I don’t typically carry paperwork for this reason, I ended up paying a $50 deposit plus...
