Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. It’s an older condo but it has been well kept/updated and it is conveniently located for whatever activity or for wherever you want to go. Covered parking, tennis/pickleball courts, and pool were right across from the condo. Beds were super comfortable, lots of room, and clean. The area is beautiful.
