'This home brings the charm of historical Charleston architecture with a convenient location (just a 10 minute drive from Waterfront Park) all at a reasonable price point! It has everything you need to relax between outings and comfortably accommodates two. The host was welcoming and communicative. One consideration is that the driveway to the parking space is quite narrow and larger SUVs and trucks would not fit through. Overall it was a great stay and we would love to visit again!'

'All as as advertised and very easy process to reserve and check in and outUnit is nice and the bed was excellent. Kitchen is well stocked to cook . We chose to eat out as there are great little places all over the neighborhood. Great location with walking access to King St. and to drive anywhere. Recommend renting a small sub compact vehicle as streets are narrow and parking spots are tight. We’d recommend this unit and Stay Duvet management '

'Everything was perfect about this property. Location, cleanliness, comfort. We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say. Thank you Stay Duvet.'

'The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so...

'Very comfortable unit for our stay with two teenagers. Enjoyed neighborhood spots (Holey Bagels and Daniela's Downtown) in the morning and coffee on the porch. Convenient parking space as well!'

'The property looked a bit ragged. The seating on the front patio was falling apart. The sofa was pretty dirty. No wine glasses or coffee starter kit. Dehumidifier was full of water and air filter device was not working. The beds were comfortable and the location was good for us - very close to Hampton Park and a few cute coffee shops. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.'
