'Plenty of eating and things to do near. Apartment is getting dated but good experience. One room has blackout curtains but near the hallway. The other has patio access. The natural light would wake me up earlier than i wanted but that's just because my room at home has blackout curtains. Great stay for price.'

'The property complex was really nice. It was safe and secure with plenty of ammenities. Location was ideal for us with so much to do in the area. 2 items that were not ideal were the booking process and access to ButterflyMX. Booking took 3 hours due to multiple T&C's and not a simple process. ButterflyMX worked really well when access was finally granted. '

'The place looked similar to all the pictures with a few things broken or missing. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in the room due to a very loud buzzing noise coming from the furnace. It was loud enough to know in 5 minutes we couldn't stay the weekend in this place with the constant buzzing. The furniture seemed to be lower quality that one would have to be careful not to break with normal use. '

'I chose this area as it was close to my daughter’s home. I was impressed by the property and the pool area where we spent a lot of our daytime hours! We felt as if we were at a resort. The unit met all our needs and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this property for its amenities and location near the casino and the entertainment district.'

'This property was a great location for us near family in Peoria as well as Peoria Sports Complex and P83 entertainment district. The host was very responsive throughout our stay through the VRBO app, and check-in/out was a breeze. As noted in other reviews there were a few glitches: hot water heater appeared offline when we arrived, but was fixed immediately upon notice to host; the small rear yard was very weedy, but not a deal-breaker for us; some had mentioned that the beds were uncomfortable...
