'Nice and roomy place! The shower was a little messy when we went but everything else wemt well'

'The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered. We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. One warning to potential renters: if you need a quiet bedroom for sleeping, this may not be the property for you. Both the wood...

'Went great'

'Overall very good. location very good.Safe neighborhood and price very good . Would stay there again but:Utensils not cleanTV in bedroom didn’t work and couldn’t get a response when we reported it.Very low hot water pressure.Floors could have been cleaner.Code getting in at the beginning was complicated with too many numbers at the main entrance but host responded and helped.Parking garage a real plus but very tightThese taken care of , would be 5 stars.'

'Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. '

'The apt'

'The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

'It was located in a very interesting area (Cherokee Street/Antiques Row) and was near many St. Louis attractions. The loft apartment was was really cozy, small, and nicely decorated. Very unique and creative! In my opinion, it would be ideal for an adult couple; the stairs to the loft bedroom area would be a challenge for some. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and supplies. The private parking area behind the apartment was just right. The bathroom sink was rather small, but...

'Good. Its has steps to get to 2nd floor if you have knee issues. But overall great experience'

'What was amazing is that everything was as advertised, from dishes, washing machine & dryer, clean bath towels, and a great entertainment system. It was an amazing experience to stay at such a refreshing temporary living space.'
