'Staff was very friendly, rooms were beautiful, and room service was great. The location was also perfect. They were so friendly with my service animal, and treated her amazing as well. Only downside was the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, not a big deal but definitely something that should be paid attention to, other than that, I would definitely stay again! '

'Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. All hotel staff were so good; I've traveled all over the world and was really impressed with their professionalism from the front desk to the valet, housekeeping - everything! The French Quarter is awesome enough...

'Melrose Mansion is a great place to stay in, if you are visiting New Orleans. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have a great look & feel. Our room was very clean, which is quite important to us. Across the street is a bar, which sometimes had some loud guests, which is the only downside we can think of. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very kind & helpful. The pool is a nice addition to the overall stay. Highly recommended!'
