'Horrible experience!! I showed up for my reservation to check in, when I came up to the sundown, the front office lady said check in was 21 + but on the website it said 18+. She also said she was going to refund me for the reservation, it has a couple of weeks and I have not heard anything from them, I tried calling, sent them a message through Expedia and no luck so far.'

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk
Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't.
Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking.'

'My stay overall here was great. One of the biggest downfalls is there is no full length mirrors. It was extremely frustrating to get ready when you can't see what you look like. There wasn't even any downstairs it was very odd. Other than that the pool and gym were very clean and nice. Our rooms were comfortable and parking was very easy and not overpriced.'

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff.
Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

Lovely hotel unique and very good staff
The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening
