'The check-in process was a nightmare! This is not a hotel but an apartment building called Skye on 6th. When I called Global Luxury Suites C/S on Friday at 4pm (check-in time) for help checking in, I was told I would receive a call back. That never happened. 'Elevator went out several times, I was on the 6th floor. Garbage disposal doesn't work, no iron board, water doesn't drain in tub, standing in water EVERY shower. Kitchen towels smelled dirty, nasty. Didn't use just bought new one's. Bed were so very uncomfortable, sheets cheap and scratchy. Washed the velour blankets and used as top and bottom sheets.
