'The property is lovely. High ceilings, hardwood floors, large rooms so everyone could spread out, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen. Austin was easy to work with. Close to downtown and 1-mile walk to the beach. Only drawback was just one bathroom on the main floor, but we made it work. The sauna was great! Would definitely rent this place again.'

We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. '

'Wow! We just had an incredible stay at the BOHO House in Hope Ranch. Meghan was an attentive, super host! Our home away from home was chic with impeccable design and comfort. I never sleep well when I am away from my bed. But the BOHO house had the most comfortable King size bed. I slept great every night! Total game changer! Danny was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for us to stay while we visited our family over the holidays.
