'This place was perfect! We had 10 people and spent the evening out in Ventura, but we almost wished we’d stayed in. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was huge, the roof deck was beautiful. All in all, so worth it!'

'Amazing experience! It has been my husband‘s dream to sleep overnight on a large boat. This was a beautiful boat with all the amenities that we needed! It is in an absolutely beautiful harbor! We enjoyed just sitting out on the aft deck of the boat and relaxing! And if you’re wondering if the boat rocks, it rocks very little. We never noticed it rocking. We walked to dinner and breakfast which we love to do! We are already planning our next day on this boat!'

'DECEPTIVE LISTING!! THIS IS SHARED SPACE! We booked this "entire home". When we arrived, we were told that the host shares the living space and kitchen! 'This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. The mugs provided burned me after using the microwave safe mug. While I know extras are complementary, they are extremely helpful like something as simple as napkins and maybe a couple waters. 'This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.'
