'The bad thing was the smell of the toilets, it was so strong my partner got sick and could not stay inside. The bathrooms had modern toilets but they stank like pit toilets. The whole mixed dorm was very hot and humid (thermometer read 23C) despite it being cold outside which did not help with the smell. '北品川駅から商店街へ。 ファミリーマートの近くにあります。 古き良き時代を感じさせる お宿。 お部屋の中、廊下、ともに音に気をつけることが必要。 お部屋の中は必要最小限の設備。 シンプルです。 共用のバス・トイレ 冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・トースター・電気ポットがあります。 宿泊する人が お互いに支障なく上手に使用していました。 なにより、スタッフの方々が とても感じが良く親切。 海外の お客様が利用されることが多いので 旅行者が知りたいことについての案内も丁寧。 いろんなことを教えてくださいます。 商店街も魅力的でした。'

'古民家といえば聞こえは良いですが、古い建物ですね。私ともうお一人くらいしかお泊りになっておらず、大変静かで心地よかったです。 ベッドのお部屋でしたが、とてもかたくて実家を思い出しました。 全てが懐かしい感じで私はゆっくりのんびりぐっすりできましたが、お若い方は落ち着かないかも。 廊下とは襖１枚でしか遮られていないので、他に人がいると丸聞こえです。 収容人数の割にシャワーは２つ、いずれにしてもタイミングを選ぶ宿だなと思いました。 空いている時はとてもいいと思います。'

'We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!'
