'The pictures do not quite match the space. The "couch" in the living room is not actually a couch. It was very very uncomfortable as was the bed. It felt like it was a futon mattress and that is just too hard of a mattress for a vast majority of people. Not a great choice for a rental considering all types of people come to stay.The apartment was really cute but there was way too much furniture for how small the space is. 'Good value and location'

'Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

'This was the worst experience I have ever had with a host. The listing omitted important information, and when serious issues arose, the host completely failed to provide any assistance or solution. First of all, the property is located in a very unsafe area. The rear side of the property was especially concerning and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This was not accurately represented in the listing. Before my arrival, the host contacted me to ask what time I would be checking...
