The hotel is brand new, neat and clean. Breakfast included was good, wifi fast, area is safe and quiet.

'Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast! Good location, close to Soaky Mountain which is what we were looking for. The hotel itself was clean. The room was pretty clean. We noticed a few things like the floor could’ve been vacuumed a little better and the sheets had some stains but other than that it was a very good stay! '

"Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend.
Het hotel is heel gezellig en heeft diverse zitjes.

"Het hotel is redelijk groot en heeft meerder ingangen om naar hotelkamer te komen. Voldoend parkeerplaats en gratis. Er is een binnen en buitenzwembad. Er zijn wasmachines aanwezig. Wij hadden een ruime en schone kamer met balkon en uitzicht op een riviertje. Het ontbijt is Amerikaans, basic maar voldoende keus. Het is een uitvalbasis voor bezoek Smokey Mountains en rustiger, ruimer dan Gaitlingburg. "

This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns"
