'This is a great building. Maybe my favorite in Phoenix. I loved the check in process and the app. The residents were awesome to meet. Its a great location. Great amenities. The gym is definitely my favorite gym .... ever. Stay here and you'll see why. Will absolutely stay here again. '

'Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

'Our host was very responsive to any questions I had. The location was perfect for our sporting event at the convention center. Parking downtown isn’t always easy, so it was terrific to have the parking pass. The kitchen had all we needed for simple meals. There were good quality cooking tools and dishwear. There were plenty of towels and linens too!'
