'Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the entire stay. When I asked for additional towels, I was given an attitude. When I explained the room situation I did not get an apology. Nice location.'

'Not bad overall, not the worst place but there were concerns
- breakfast was minimal; we didn’t even eat there
-no bottle fill stations in the gym area for filtered water
- elevator call button in the third floor was not working; you had to call the front desk to get them to send it to you
- on check out day the phones weren’t working to call for the elevator
- while packing - found a 3” cockroach in my makeup bad in the bathroom.
-Check out time is noon; so that is a plus

'Have to walk through pool area to get to the fitness center. Pipe in the closet leaked from the room above. Charged me for parking when it was paid for with my room when booked through Expedia. Breakfast was also included in my price, but tstill bring a bill to your table.'

'20 minutes waiting on hotel staff to check in.
Manager agreed to an early (check out but never placed notes on account. Hotel was EXTREMELY loud due to kids baseball tourney in area... hence the need for an early day before check out...'

'The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing.
Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.'
