'I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. 'Bugs in the bed in two different rooms'

'The 1st room they gave us wasn’t clean . Had to get another room key then the fire alarm kept going off . Not updated but you get what you pay for'

'Breakfast was excellent, our room was clean however the panel that was in front of the air conditioning unit was not screwed in and just leaning against it. Very dangerous if we had children. 'our room was not clean even after we leave, our door was not lock even when we close it, i can open the door without my card, which mean someone should have steal all our stuff, it is not safe, because doors are not close everyone can get in without a card. we requested for towels because it was not given until the following day when we want to leave. The breakfast was ok .'

'Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....
