'I would say this property is on the lower end of all inclusive resorts, but the food was OK. The bar was also OK. There was fast service but room service wasn’t free which sucked because I was really sick.'

'We enjoyed our stay but I wish the bars and mini club stayed opened longer. Also, I wish there were actual places for food to eat throughout the day. The restaurants opened at 6pm. Dinner should start at 4 but that’s only a recommendation. Beautiful hotel and our room with the shower was amazing. We rented a car and parking at the hotel was free so that was a plus. On our last day I left my purse with passports and money inside and someone returned it one piece. There’s a lot of good people in...

'We paid for Advantage Club, by the end It wasn’t what we expected.
Nothing special for this. Just more $$$
Reception guy wasn’t helpful.
We were charged with a deposit fee for no reason; When, I saw that nobody else was being charged for it.
Personal treat customers depending on the language they spoke.
We needed to pay to get room service flat fee, plus tip. Why will upgrade if you still need to be paying for everything.
Everything closes early as far restaurants.
Definitely will not come back.'
