'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'If you can, ask for a room on any side other than the east side. There are noisy trucks that come down that street in the morning and they’ll wake you up if you don’t have a sound machine.'

'The valet and front desk staff were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful, really created a welcoming environment. The overnight parking is a little pricey, but they took good care of our car and offered a speedy retrieval when needed. Parking in the area is limited, and while there is some street parking, wasn’t sure it was secure enough for an overnight. The hotel amenities were wonderful.
