'We searched forever to find something that fit our group of 4 and was affordable. This place was great. It's tight, but what isn't in NYC? There were some well thought out areas and space was maximized. The house is in a GREAT area that is close to the subway, restaurants, shops and markets. 'The location and price were amazing but apt needs love esp the curtains a/c situation, missing tv remote, hole in shower floor and then the 3 flights of hot carpeted stairs. I wouldn’t stay here again but it might be ok for other budget conscience travelers.'

'Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.'
