'My host never communicated (and still hasn't) about access to the property. We had to stay in an airport hotel and make other reservations. I can't believe this happened. I communicated with your staff who were apologetic and helpful. I can't believe this host would have done something so irresponsible.'

'Nice neighborhood location, walkable to local shops and to Prospect Park. The host was very communicative as needed and aloud me to extend my stay for a second month. It’s a spacious one-bedroom apartment. The apartment is in an old, pre-war building - and there were a number of plumbing issues during my stay.'
