'Lovely home on a quiet street. Great yard with swingset for kids. The upstairs theater room is great for kids to hang out and interact while adults visited downstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Travis was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions I had.'

'The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors.'

'The house was well appointed, clean and had plenty of space. Communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond. The outside deck and screen room was covered in pollen, but this time of year that probably requires daily maintenance. We would not have been concerned coming back to the house quite late and finding another car in the driveway if we had known that the "in law suite" was also rented. However, it was irritating to be awakened at 11:15 pm on our 2nd night by noise...

'very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house.'

'This charming Durham home was perfect for our recent visit to Elon and Duke with friends. The attention to detail in the remodel and decor made us feel so warm and welcome. We enjoyed reading about the history of the home and neighborhood as well. Would highly recommend.'

'I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.'
