'The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning...

'We had a wonderful four day weekend at the farm to celebrate our son's college graduation. The house was very comfortable and was the perfect place to reconnect and relax. We had fun exploring the farm and meeting the animals.'

Everything we needed was available. It was a bit chilly to fully take advantage of the outdoor space but it would be delightful during warmer weather. 'A lovely bayside property in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Owners have seen to it that cottage is well stocked with sufficient linens & kitchen gear. The yard is lovely as well.The Views from the wrap around back deck are majestic. We will try to return in the future.'

'The cottage reflects the VRBO description perfectly. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The fenced in yard, little enclave, and neighborhood beach were all very convenient especially having our little dog with us. Location is easy jumping point for local outings and day trips. We visited a winery, beach points in nearby towns, and Newport. Special shout out to the Cheese Wheel at Four Corners...delicious take out!'

Located on a peninsula with the ability to see the water on both sides of the cottage. We were visiting for a wedding and the location was close to every venue we needed to visit.
