'Pros: location was great. Next to Bryant Park, so very close to a subway station. Price per night was excellent. Neutral: building itself was somewhat old. The elevator was one of the smallest I've seen before. If you're going up with luggage, it will barely fit 2 people and 2 suitcases. Rooms felt smaller in person than in the photos but that's fine. 'The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. '

'We were a little disappointed with some of the amenities. No dish towels, no toilet paper holders, no hooks in the entry hall or bathrooms to hang things on. There was an obviously pre-existing plumbing leak in one of the single bedrooms that keaked on the bed when someone showered so we had to move the bed out of the way. 'We had a great stay. The apartment makes very efficient use of space and felt comfortable for our group. We arrived very late for check-in, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, which we really appreciated after a long travel day. We also had a quick question about the space during our stay, and they came out immediately to make sure everything was taken care of. 'This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!'
