'Beautiful setting and very nice accommodations. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant menus were way too exotic for our tastes. After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast. Ground transportation was a very expensive problem. The resort arranged taxis (nothing else) but essentially dumped the problem on guests. '

'The hotel location is fantastic and convenient for travellers who use public transportation like Bus and Ferry to explore the island, only 500 meter away from the city bus terminal. I enjoyed my stay during the Xmas holiday and had very nice conversations with staff Tata and Rachel. Both of them are kind and very helpful to provide me info I needed. 'Great stay. We snorkeled the two shipwrecks in front of the resort. Swam in Cathedral Cave. Fed fish. Walked to the Blue Hole and did the cliff diving. Also walked to the Swizzle Inn. The location was fabulous. We hope to return some day.'

'The property owner was very gracious and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is an older building so showing signs of its age. Bathroom seems to be recently updated. Nowhere we stayed in Bermuda had much water pressure in the shower. They rely on rain water so use it sparingly. Facility is a 3 minute walk to the food store and the bus routes so very handy for us because we did not have a car or scooter. '

'The hotel location was perfect for me. I could walk to beaches, the ferry stop just 5 min walk. Like everything about the hotel, the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Very recommended. '
