'My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately maintained the entire property was. 'The overall experience 5 stars. Loved the adults only aspect; entertainment excellent; food both buffet and restaurant great. Rooms spacious BUT for the jacuzzi did not like, hence 4 stars; fixtures outdated; and stray cats and dogs not to my liking in food area; TV ( satellite) inoperable signal in and out again hence 4 stars OTHER THAN THAT…the beach, the pool, the facilities, the ambiance, and most of all and above all the STAFF is beyond 10 stars…courteous, respectful, helpful, supportive...
