'Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. The vibe is amazing for couples, with plenty of fun activities and enjoyable plans from day to night. The welcome experience was excellent, and our last night there was truly memorable.
The staff were amazing throughout our stay very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even better.
There are only a couple of areas that could be improved. The food variety in the buffet did not really match the standards expected...

'The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful; however, the dining experience was quite disappointing and inconvenient. Due to the seaweed issue, the snack shack was closed Monday through Thursday, which significantly limited available food options. Additionally, the resort restaurants operated on rotating schedules, meaning not all restaurants were open daily. This resulted in long wait times at the restaurants that were available.
