'Room was nice, spacious and clean. Pool closed at 6pm which was odd. All staff were excellent except the towel guy, he wasn’t very friendly. The bartenders and waitstaff were great! Very entertaining.'

'This hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly and informative. Rosa & Randy did an amazing job and made my stay welcoming & fun. The food was amazing and drinks were made very well. The Asian restaurant Tao Cat was my favorite it was very good. Don’t forget to reserve dinner as soon as you get there for all of your nights. There were multiple pools and it was super clean. We also had access to other side of the hotel and the nightclub dj played a variety of music. Overall an amazing stay...

'The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful; however, the dining experience was quite disappointing and inconvenient. Due to the seaweed issue, the snack shack was closed Monday through Thursday, which significantly limited available food options. Additionally, the resort restaurants operated on rotating schedules, meaning not all restaurants were open daily. This resulted in long wait times at the restaurants that were available.
