'I was unfamiliar with the area, and the staff readily helped me and my son find a wonderful restaurant to dine at for dinner and then the next day a delicious restaurant for breakfast. They also helped me figure out how to use uber to get to the concert we had tickets for and helped us with ancillary food needs. And the late-night attendant helped me figure out my room's TV remote that was unfamiliar to me. Our rooms were off a quaint plant surrounded staircase. I will most definitely stay...

'First time staying at the historic Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, but hopefully won't be our last. Gorgeous property, located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do (concert at Dominion Energy Center, great meal at Julep's, wonderful breakfast at Perly's). Highly recommend if you are looking for a very special stay.'

'Clean large room and indeed a quirky place, but also very sterile. Not warm and'

'Overall good. Disability room did not have rollin shower...did provide a portable shower chair over reg. bathtub...but that is minimally safe and messy for bathroom usage. Big miss was not handicap parking????? this is the 21st century...thks. RonH'
