'Super easy check in, all by text. The property is beautiful and the room was very clean, modern, well decorated and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. I would highly recommend and stay here again in a heart beat.'

'The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

'The staff was fantastic and soo friendly! Our son came home saying he made new friends because they were all so kind. The food was great and the hospitality of the family who had their reunion to make my Mom's birthday special was something we'll cherish for a long time! 'Clean but drabby room. Bed was comfortable and bedding looked well taken care of. Bathtub/shower seemed a little small. Lobby was clean. Did not do breakfast so i can’t comment on it. Pool and surrounding area was being cleaned when we left. Check in and out was easy and the Receptionist was friendly. Room price was reasonable. Lots of parking spaces. Con: close to highway so you heard a lot of street noise and also the town is small and seemed very “dark”.'

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

Try using the laundry room but there’s only one dryer and one washing machine so you have to wait hrs to be able to use it, although I appreciate the fact that they actually have a laundry-room instead of having to go to the laundromat. It could use some cleaning as I walked in there it looked like it hadn’t been clean for a long time. Staff very helpful. I asked for the microwave to be replace as it was burned inside and the manager immediately replaced it with...
