'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'Parking is tight and limited so plan accordingly. The rooms are clean and spacious but a loud noise was constantly humming throughout the night as if a fan or vent was on which we could not find. It was not in our room but coming from the wall behind our bathroom area. Staff was serious but helpful. Overall i would book this room again because of convenience and price. '
