'One of the very best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The place itself was beautiful, the atriums really set the peaceful vibe. The indoor pool was the real reason we picked this place and it did not disappoint! The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. This will be our pick every time in Rochester!'

'Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.'

'The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready.'

'The hotel and staff were wonderful! We planned a trip to The Strong Museum which is literally right next door. It was all by 1 minute walk, best location to visit this museum - specially with small children. The breakfast options were good and food was delicious, something for everyone.'

Het betreft tweelingzussen, zo vriendelijk, gastvrij, spontaan en zo gemeend!! Prima ontbijt. Nabijgelegen restaurant/pub prima gegeten, 15 % korting omdat wij in nabijgelegen hotel sliepen.'

'Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. 'Room was and was clean staff friendly'

'When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster.'

'I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation I made had been cancelled, with no reason and no name of the person who made the cancellation. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay.
