'For the price we were pleased! The room was a king bed, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was handicap fitted (we didn’t require that) so quite large, spotless and brightly lit with ample hot water and great water pressure. Did not use fitness area, didn’t use the coffee area. There were none of the extras (soap, lotions, ice machine). It was just what we needed for a good night of sleep on a long trip from NH to Florida…clean, comfortable and quiet '

'We booked two rooms for one night before we few back home from Richmond airport (about 25min). This hotel wasn't that close to the airport. The rooms were very large (like a studio apartment) and had a refrigerator, stove, sink, and all the items needed in a kitchen. It had some amenities..hair dryer and soap but no shampoo or any "extras." One of our rooms was perfect no complaints. 'The room was clean but smelled of old stale cigarette smoke probably from decades of smoking in the room before it became nonsmoking. The room was a bit dilapidated but clean. Everything was clean. Could use some updating & renovations. '

'Hotel looks bad from outside. Walked in and it smells like stale cigarettes and weed. Front desk was nice and was not rude , so that was a plus. In room , the smell of old musty air lingering was not so nice. Loud music from some neighboring room. Don’t even take my shoes off and decided this wasn’t worth the risk. 'Tyler was at the front desk when we checked in and he could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The lobby was decorated for Easter and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast had no fruit available other than apples. '

'Room 175 was broken down, dirty, cockroach infested. There were No Towels, No Face Cloth, No Toilet Paper, No Tissues, No Shampoo, No Hair Dryer. The TV Remote was broken. Expedia should disassociate from this Travelers Inn as it hurts the Expedia name. The structure should be condemned and shut down. Beyond disappointed.'
