'Very clean'

'I reserved this hotel on my trip from New York to Florida. We got there at about 11:30 PM. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast TO-GO was very minimal and poor quality. They probably shouldn't do this because it seems like a good idea and then it's not, especially if the food is stale and not worth it. We took the bags and then threw them out on our road trip. Our main priority was the comfort and the price and all good.'

'We enjoyed two nights in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Being located in Old Towne, we were able to walk to shops and some very good restaurants.'

'The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back.'

'The staff member that checked me in was outside on the phone when I arrived and as soon as I was checked in. I did not feel much warmth or as welcomed by them. The staff that checked me out was really warm and accommodating! The room was amazing. It was an overnight unplanned trip so I did not have time to use any amenities.'

'It seems as though the property was going through a renovation so there was a little mess. However, the staff was very accommodating. My room did have a funny smell, and I bought air freshener at the grocery next door to help with that. But room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have groceries n restaurants right within reach.'

'I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told that they were under renovation and they had no available rooms and I didn’t even get to ask for verification or proof of that. The front desk person was rude and disrespectful while someone that was staying there was sitting in the lobby with him and talking about how his microwave was not working and drinking alcohol. I have disputed the charge, made a claim, have travel insurance and still have not received a refund. Meanwhile I had to pay for...
