'So what I liked the most about my stay there was the staff in the beginning when i checked in. They were nice, friendly and got my room as quick as possible. The next thing I liked was the waiter i had when i ate dinner, it was very enthusiastic and he had a sense of urgency and he was very respectful. Next were the valet they was very kind. And the last thing i liked was the lady at the front desk when i was checking out. She was an Angel. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10'

'Room was clean and staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool. We were in town for a cards game and visited the zoo and union station. Hotel was located just a few minutes from everything we wanted to see. Will book with them again. '

'What a beautiful restoration of a historical train station. The architectural detail is stunning, our room was beautiful but comfortable with modern comforts. The light show in the grand hall lounge was spectacular. '

'The only thing I didn’t like was the furniture is not big girl friendly. If beautiful but small and uncomfortable for the blessed size woman. I still give it a 5 star rating and will stay again as well as recommend to family and friends.'
