'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'The hotel and the room were very up-to-date, clean and inviting, the staff including the security guards (James, Norris and Mike) were all very professional, full of information about the area, restaurants and sights. They all went out of their way to help us and were so friendly. The breakfast was changing every day and better than your normal hotel breakfast. And the hotel was convenient to everything downtown'

'Great customer service at check in. This staff knows how to communicate and treat a guest. Clear explanations on the amenities, etc. Great breakfast, and the 3:00 pm fresh popcorn is great. 5:30 to 7:00 they provide complimentary beer and wine, as well as a few snacks, such as chips. They have a soda fountain which is available all day long. So wonderful for when I needed a quick sip of bubbly but DID NOT want a bottle, can, etc. Brilliant benefit!! 'We were upgraded to a very nice suite and did that make a difference for the whole trip. Quiet, clean rooms, comfortable, showers with abundant hot water, personable staff at all times, and there was a very nice elegance about the hotel. 'Yes Balcony have a refreshing skyline. Air conditioning is quiet and keeps the rm cool and heated its offen not used because the rm holds good temperatures. Staff is very considerate and respects your space. Rm are well maintained, Very quiet safe establishment.'
