'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'There was a big (looked like a water bug) bug that was fairly well sized. I saw it my last morning there when I turned on the light that morning in my room. It scurried across the floor. Also, they ran out of bowls at breakfast as well as some of the juices. The eggs did not taste much of anything. The hotel was right at the intersection of where the city seemed safe and where it did not. I did, however, feel comforted by the security guard in the lobby. I would not stay there again.'

'The carpets in the hall was stained and gross and lumpy. The carpets in the room was stained. The staff didn't explain anything about the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it'

'For such a grand place, it felt like a old place to stay at. Staff try but communication is lacking. Expect to make a few calls to service and eveb then reche k bill. No coordination between hotel and ammenities.'

'The hotel is located perfectly in the downtown area in walking distance of Busch Stadium, Arch and convenient stores. If you take the train its less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.'

'You should never have to pay for parking at the hotel you are staying at. Changing $40 for self parking at their own property garage after paying over $200 for a room will make me never staying there ever again.'

'We just stayed there and let me tell you, this place was great. When we first got there; there was a sign that said I was the VIP guest. So cool. We checked in and went to the room. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay. I like a firmer pillow. They only issue we had with the room was the ACA unit was making a rattling noise when they fixed the next day. The room was perfect for a couple but if you had kids, it would be small. The kitchen downstairs was perfect for leftovers or if you...
