'I have a mixed review of this hotel. The location is great being right on the lake. We found the room to be clean but skimpy on furniture. There was only one comfortable chair to sit on. The table was nice for working on my computer but again, one one chair and none for my husband. The power went out for 2 hours and so we could only sit in the dark in the room or use the stairs to sit in the lobby (it had light from the emergency generator). Missed a show I wanted to see. 'The outdoor pool was the best part of the facility. Room was comfortable. Bathroom needs updating. The hotel looks like it was plopped down in the middle of a parking lot. There's no landscaping, trees, etc.'

'We got to our room and the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was hair all around de bathtub. I called the lobby and the kindly change us to another room with more space. But I checked the bathroom in this room too and again there was hair here also. We checked the two chairs in the room and some crumbs were on there.'

'The room was dirty, had nail clippings on the floor around the bed. Was charged an extra fee to keep my child in the room. I booked for 2 adults and 1 child but when I got to the hotel was told there would be an extra fee for the child my child to stay with my husband and I in the room that had double beds. They claimed the room was only 1 person per bed. Very unhappy with this. Of course I paid the extra fee because what was I supposed to do with my child. Worst place ever.'
