'This is a very cute well run B & B in a great part of Rochester. It’s on a quiet residential street but it is near both Park and Monroe Ave where there are a lot of good restaurants.'

'We stayed overnight at the Avon Inn on our wedding night and were immediately thrilled with the ease of check-in (we arrived late and were provided with a code to retrieve our key from a lock box). Once we got to our room (120), we were very excited by the beauty of the space! The room was large with tall ceilings, a large bed, a fireplace, a TV with streaming services, and a lovely bathroom. 'Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.'

'Stayed with extended family for a wedding in Rochester (12 in all). An absolutely gorgeous house and property. Usually, pictures can be hit or miss, in this case the description and pictures are spot on and then some. A big plus was the good sized fenced in backyard area as we had the family dog with us.
