'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Lo bueno del hotel cierras areas de comida como el restaurante italiano , cerca de la alberca están sirviendo quesadillas y tacos de diferentes guisados muy ricos En cuanto el hotel para el precio que tienen por noche es demasiado para las instalaciónes, cuartos del hotel definitivamente necesitan renovar la mayor parte de las instalaciones solo te cobran por la ubicación del hotel Pero lo demás no lo recomiendo el personal muy atento pero si buscas comodidad y áreas de alberca es demasiada...
