Oasis Hotels & Resorts-accommodaties in Cancún-Zuid

'Lots of dirt and rocks between lounge chairs and pools, never swept. Overall most staff did not seem to enjoy their job. We called three times to have our mini bar stocked with water as it had not been stocked before our arrival, never got stocked we went to concierge to get water ourselves and then had to take it back to our room. We left to have breakfast and upon returning three staff were in our room and cutting a hole through the bathroom wall, no prior notice and we couldn't relax in...

'Kid pool closed along with like two other restaurants. Gave us a room with two beds and we paid for a family suite with bunk beds for kids'

'Fijne locatie welke goed te bereiken is vanuit de airport. Goed zwembad met jaccuzies en bewaakt parkeerterrein.'

'Jammer dat een lift kapot was, was onhandig met de zware bagage. Verder alles prima!'
