'Apartment was bigger than expected and perfect for the occasion. Slight issue with a clogged drain but Edgar was right on getting it fixed! Check in and check out were smooth. The area is a little depressed and not much around other the Mexican restaurants but it was only 15min drive from Down town Grand Rapids. '

We went to Fredrick Meijer Garden's in GR and then spent some time in Grand Haven. It's located right in between both areas. 'Troy was wonderful, super responsive and accommodating. The place is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Great location, and really nice to be there!! Only issue was the internet was a little slow, but I believe Troy is working on that. Will definitely stay again!'

'Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore.'
