'To say this place is cute is an understatement. Three bedrooms (two queen and a full), two bathrooms, two living rooms, an open concept kitchen/eating area, and 10 foot ceilings all combine to give plenty of space. 'Comfortable, convenient, and clean'

'I felt like some things were a little misleading on the listing. I didn't realize that this was an upstairs unit, and it was extremely hot the first few days I was there. There is a portable AC unit, but it had a hard time keeping up with the heat. Also, the post had listed a jetted bathtub, so I had assumed the bathroom was at least a tad updated. There should be a photo of the bathroom included in the listing, because it was an old claw foot tub with a 360 shower curtain on a ring that is...

'This place was modern and cute and even had a record player and records, which we enjoyed. The location is right downtown and within walking distance to shops, museums, and restaurants. '

'Loved, loved this property! Extremely clean, comfortable, and modern. Great neighborhood for walking/running as well. Check in and check out were super easy, and communication with property manager was exceptional. Was perfect for a work trip, and would definitely stay here again.'

'Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore.'

'Apartment was bigger than expected and perfect for the occasion. Slight issue with a clogged drain but Edgar was right on getting it fixed! Check in and check out were smooth. The area is a little depressed and not much around other the Mexican restaurants but it was only 15min drive from Down town Grand Rapids. '
