'when we arrived to check in on Saturday at 6 pm someone was still living in apartment, we were told it would take two hours more to get in, was not acceptable after driving 18 hours to get there,had to fine new accommodations,talk to owner and was told we would get full refund, will be waiting for it, if not you will hearing from our lawyer'

'The house and location was awesome, but there were some weird quirks about this house. We ended up having to pay an additional 100 each night we wanted to use the hottub. Our final night there, the hot tub didn’t even turn on. The back bedroom off of the kitchen had several outlets that didn’t work. One of the showers retained some standing water in it after we showered. The host was very communicative and the house was lovely, just a few things slipped through the crack'

'We loved this house, the neighborhood and our 2-week stay there. The check-in was easy and, at least for us, there was no need to communicate with the owner because everything went smoothly and all appliances, etc. were in really good shape. To me, the house and neighborhood have happy vibes— on a quiet, lovely street but near the great restaurants and cafes of Hillhurst and, a little further on, North Vermont.
