Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'I paid so much money to stay in this hotel but it was not worth it. My room was only cleaned once in the 4 days that I stayed here. Also the cleaning was not done nicely, it was a mess. I asked for a bandaid and they didn’t have it. The bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend it. '

'WOW! What a beautiful boutique hotel! I was in town for a conference so the location was the perfect location for a 15 minute walk to the convention center. Lots of great local dining options, including the hotel's own restaurant and bar. The rooms are quaint, clean, and relaxing. This hotel certainly has vintage charm and is like stepping back into a more refined era. The front desk staff was awesome, they were all very kind. 'Gael assisted us. Appreciate it. He gave us free early check in. Airport is nearby so the living room wasnt entirely soundproof. The bedroom was however. Just outside downtown and little italy so taxi isn't too much. But just out of the way from being in the middle of that craziness of the city. On site parking for a fee. Standard prices. Would return without question. '

"Voor aankomst was mijn kamer gecanceld omdat mijn creditcard niet gepre-authoriseerd kon worden, ondanks dat ik bij de locatie zou betalen. Hier ben ik op geen enkele manier van op de hoogte gesteld. De kamer was vergeven zodat ik bij mijn collega moest slapen. "
"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra.
