'We spent a long weekend here for UCSD graduation weekend. It's a great location near the bus route to campus, a block to the beach, and right on the main block with restaurants and shops. We didn't hear much noise but were using the AC. The condo was modern, clean and perfect for our needs. Note - there is no dishwasher, washer and dryer. We didn't need that for our 5 day stay. Responsive communication from host. We would love to return!'

'Very thoughtfully appointed, and the cabinets are well labeled to find what you need quickly. The bed is comfy, but it does lie very low to the ground. The jetted tub is wonderful, and the beach gear helped us get the most out of our stay. It's hard to overstate how convenient the location is. A few steps from the beach, and a couple mins walk to stores, amusements, and a variety of food options.'

'We had an amazing stay at this Pacific Beach rental! The property was clean and cozy! Well-maintained from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t be better; just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants.The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and offering great recommendations for things to do in the area.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an stress-free beach getaway that won’t break the bank! We’ll definitely be back!'

'Our stay was a 42nd anniversary getaway just to have some quiet for the weekend. We really enjoy the night air, the restaurants, and the morning coffee on the balcony! Also, we left pillow cases and the owners contacted us immediately to return in time to grab them. Many thank for a wonderful stay!'

"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting….."

"We had a room facing the freeway. The room has very thin windows so it was very noisy. Also the air conditioner was so loud that we needed to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The rooms were clean though. Parking is paying (24 dollars a night) but you can park in the street in front of the hotel for free. "
