'Grat location, Ocean view, 10th floor had great views,condo was perfect,beautiful decorated, spacious,complete kitchen,comfortable beds ,great communication with Kimberly the guest connection from Evolve, i will definitely be coming back. Only downside was parking lot had a smell of Urine right in front of the property and it was very dirty .'

'This little efficiency room was exactly what we needed when visiting Daytona for NDA dance nationals. Gorgeous ocean view. The listing ng was accurate when it said none of the pools were operational. Kind of sad. Hurricane did a lot of damage to the property. '

'Nice hot tub, pool, game room. The room has a beautiful ocean front view with balcony and the room was clean and had evening we needed. Bill was quick to respond when we needed help with questions and we will definitely be back! I truly enjoyed staying here for my birthday. We love Daytona and this was close to everything we wanted to do!'
