'We enjoyed our overnight stay room was very nice if stay again prefer 1st floor.quite and peaceful .parking not being on site was slight issue but carpark only short walk can cut through to property was also free in long stay .nice village'

'Loves the Coach House! Beautiful neighborhood- close amenities Train to the city was a 5 min bus ride. So nice to come out of the busy city at the end of the day and enjoy the incredible yard and neighborhood at the Coach House.'

'Wij verbleven in een familiekamer na een transatlantische vlucht. Gekozen voor deze accomodatie omdat vroeg inchecken (11:00) mogelijk was. Prijs was verder ook ok. Afstand tot LGW ook. Hotel/guesthouse is gevestigd in een oud pand van voor 1900. Erg goed onderhouden allemaal. Ziet er netjes uit. Als je grotere hotels gewend bent, dan is het een (klein) nadeel dat je een dag van te voren het tijdstip van het ontbijt moet inplannen. Ontbijt was trouwens prima. Transfer van en naar de luchthaven...

'Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

'Klein hotel met eenvoudige kamers die wel weer wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken. Maar alles functioneert en is schoon. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is OK.'

'Booked a triple room for 3 male adults , tried giving us a double bed with a pull out bed , and he said i booked the incorrect room even though my booking confirmation states 3 adults and 3 single beds ,asked for another pull out bed or a quilt so 1 lad could sleep on the floor and they said no and if we dont like it leave , I am absolutely disgusted with the male receptionist , Worst so called hotel ever been to'

'Booked last minute service was good and prompt as arrived late. The was small but livable. The room smelt of sewage. In the bathroom they had painted over the mould. It was unclean with evidence of cockroaches. The room was facing London Rd in Norbury not Streatham as it says on the advert and was very noisy. The blinds filtered no light. The fan was old and essentially useless. I left to go stay in my car '
