'Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Studio (4b) had everything I needed for a perfect weekend. Woke up to a powercut which i put down to the storm we’d had but this meant my phone wasn’t charged and worse I couldn’t start the day...

'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great — peaceful, yet close to everything (busstop 2 minutes away). What made our stay even better was the owner: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help if we had any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!There is a balcony which you can see at the photos....

'Good location for eateries and shops and access to beach. Bus stops close by to get into Eastbourne, but be aware that they are not frequent. The open top bus tour is a must. Everyone we met were super friendly and helpful about things to do during our stay. Comfortable stay overall.'

'Fantastic flat in a great location. Close to the station, a stones throw from the old town and right by the beach. There’s a couple of places to grab breakfast opposite which was a big bonus. Wendy was very helpful before, during and after our stay. Would recommend, and come again!'
