'We had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed breakfasts and occasional dinners on the lanai. Appreciated the basic supplies in the kitchen (sugar, coffee, oil etc) and feel these should be offered as standard and kept in stock.'

'Room was as advertised. I liked the view of the Ocean, there is a road between you and the water, but not that noisy early morning or late evening. Room was a bit dated, but clean. Short drive to Magic Sands beach, or to downtown Kona. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai, and when at the room at the end of day, the Sunset, again, from the lanai. Awesome 10 days! 'Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights the end of May and enjoyed the amenities offered as well as the great location. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for 4 people. We appreciated having parking and a washer and dryer. The pool area was very nice as well as the small beach just across the street. We enjoyed watching sunset at the beach area one night and surfers the next morning. We were close to the things we wanted to do. Would recommend staying here.'

'The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! 'Located about 20 mins from the airport. A short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of parking. Unit is on the third floor (no elevators). A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. '
