'We had a Kings Land one bedroom/2queens room, and it was a wonderful room. The bathroom does not have any sound proofing, and unnecessarily had a pocket door as a second door (into the bedroom), which is a great way to share bathroom sounds. I recommend this room only for siblings, long time married folks and those with little kids if staying as a family — those you are absolutely comfortable with. Service from every staff member encountered was A+++ top notch. Breakfast at the clubhouse bistro...

'Hilo空港から近く海沿いでダウンタウンにも車で5分程度と便利な場所です。古いホテルなので部屋はそれなりです。部屋のエアコンは無いですが扇風機があります。冷蔵庫や電子レンジやコヒーメーカーがあります。施設内にエレベーターは無いので荷物が重いと大変です。海沿いなので部屋によりますが波の音が大きく聞こえます。スタッフの方は皆さん親切で対応は良いです。'

'Very convenient, easy contactless access. We didn’t arrive until 8:30 pm and the room was ready for us with the lights on and the temperature perfect. The bed was so comfortable and I appreciated it so much after a long day of travel.'

'Pleasant stay. we spent the day at the Volcano Natl Park which is only 7 minutes away. had dinner in town, checked in about 5pm. when you drive onto the property you feel like you are in the middle of the rain forrest. really appreciated the tasty banana bread, snacks, and fruit that was left out. our room had a hot tub, which we didnt use. the matress was comfy. very quiet surrondings.'

'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'
