'My husband and I had a fabulous 4-night stay. The food was delicious, well-presented, and very high quality - even the buffet. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. As newbies to the resort, we felt like we were treated as part of a family. We understood why we met so many guests who were on their 3rd or 4th stay. 'Super hotel with all the luxury you need. The staff is very helpfull and always there for you. The food is very delicious although I prefer a buffet breakfast so you can have a little bit of everything. Also the beach and pool and super. The spa experience is also defenitly a must.'

'I am a review reader....and the reviews that this place gets are just not accurate....This place is a hidden gem...We stayed here 4 nights and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us...the food was EXCELLENT....our room was awesome...The room ohotos are exactly as pictured...If youre looking for the party crowd....this aint it....but if youre a couple and want to spend some nice romantic alone time....this is your place...I went against my norm and gave this place a chance...

'It was our 4th visit to Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. Our kids now 3 and 7 love it. This time we brought another family (friends) and they also enjoyed their stay with their kids.
Park is awesome, rooms are very nice and comfortable, staff is very helpful and the general ambiance is perfect for families with children.
Of course everything that is not included is overpriced but we just accept it.
I recommend Nickelodeon Riviera Maya to anyone with kids and who can afford it. It’s unique and...
'This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it '
