'Super hotel with all the luxury you need. The staff is very helpfull and always there for you. The food is very delicious although I prefer a buffet breakfast so you can have a little bit of everything. Also the beach and pool and super. The spa experience is also defenitly a must.'

'The room at Jungala was very spacious and quite well maintained. The decor was also nicer than the other hotels on the property. Pools were excellent and we loved the cabanas for free if you spend money on food. I would recommend booking dining at restaurants instead of eating at Salum all the time, we found the service at Salum to be hit and miss. '

'There is no beach at this location where you can swim at. Big concrete blocks and seaweed all along the beach. This vacation was nothing like it was advertised to be. If you want a beach go somewhere else. If you want just an all inclusive resort then it works but that is not what we wanted. Also some of the staff are not happy at their jobs. We did have some good staff but I would say 50% were not good. Food was terrible. Sales guy trying to sell memberships was awful as well. Just rubbed us...

'If you’re a local or from mexico and you love the water sport they offer and you own a car /rent this is a great hotel for you.
This is not a hotel for tourists at all.
No one here knows any English which is fine and makes sense as I am in mexico but to try and explain that they are false advertising a hotel by lying on the hotel post is incredibly hard.
There is no pool, no hot tub, the rooftop patio is totally abandoned with nothing on it there is no gym that I could find and you are...

'Absolutely wonderful place! Beautiful, relaxing, and everything smells so good!
My only complaint is the pool is unheated! My 2.5 year old had purple lips within 10 minutes of playing in it in 80° weather. The pool largely remains empty, as it’s just too uncomfortable.'

'They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back.

'We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

'My wife and I travel as a hobby... and we travel in luxury. The Rosewood Mayakoba is the most luxurious experience we have had. The spa is perhaps the best on earth, the interior mangroves and boat rides to restaurants is such a cool experience. The rooms are literally on top of the water, private pools, AMAZING service... truly an experience that I hated to end!'
