'Hotel Mondavi is located on top of a hill in one of the most luxurious and safe areas of Puerto Vallarta. There are many beautiful mansions around, and I saw police patrols often, which made the area feel very secure. The staff were friendly, and the property itself is quiet and peaceful. 'This place is magical. It’s very basic so if you’re looking for fancy, it’s not it. But - the views !! We saw dolphins, eagle spotted manta Rey’s, devil manta rays jumping in the ocean. We saw all kinds of fish including angel fish just snorkeling right on that beach. The staff are amazing, the room is comfortable, the food is good. The view though - for the amount you pay, it’s a steal ! We will be back. '
