'Only left me 2 towels for the whole week. It was very hot and no way to turn the heat down. The heaters made loud noises all night and was hard to sleep.'

Not clean, toothpaste on the bathroom vanity. No toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags upon arrival. Rugs were stained and filthy. 'The apartment was cold in February, heating system did not work properly. The rooms were not very clean. The building is right by the city train tracks, so a bit noisy. The manager was kind of nice with text messages and reasonable responses though.'
