'Two bedroom, two bathroom modern condo in the heart of Washington, DC. Loved that we each had our own private space. Full size kitchen, living room, dining area. Condo included washer and dryer which we used during our stay. The Navy Memorial metro/subway stop is literally steps from the condo, we only discovered this on our last day. 'Clean modern apartment with lots of amenities. Close to many DC sites. Easy to get in and out. We drove and paid for the use of the garage below the apartment and it was great knowing we had close parking and could easily pack and unpack the car. Loved having the washer and dryer since we visited during a heat wave. Perfect for 2 adults and a teen. The host was friendly and quick to respond any time we had questions.'

'This listing was great for us as it was close to so many restaurants. Walking distance to the Metro and bus stops. We left our car parked in the same spot all week as we walked or used the easily accessible public transit. The home itself was very organized and detailed instructions left by the host with every question we could have had.'

'This was the perfect location for my friend and I to stay for a long weekend. It is a very short walk to union station but we never even used public transportation, it was so close to everything we walked! The accommodation itself was exactly as listed, and it was clean and air conditioned. The host has an amazing response time before and during our stay for any questions we had. 100% would stay here again when visiting DC. The only thing that was a little confusing that did get cleared up...

'The place was little but perfect for my boyfriend and I for 3 nights. We used the kitchen to make breakfasts and that was great. The description should add that there is a walk in closet with a dresser. We wondered where we would store our things up until we got there. There are also plug in burners in the kitchen to cook things in a skillet in addition to the oven. A fan available in the closet would have been nice to have but the air conditioning worked well. 'This was our second time staying here. It is very clean and the owners are close by and take care of everything. The neighborhood is close to Capitol, Supreme Court and excellent restaurants.'

'Everything was neat organized clean and perfect. Great location, close to convention center and restaurants. Great communication with hosts. I had issues with my email and they made sure to resent things for me. Parking across the street worked well as we walked everywhere. 'Updated, clean, quiet one bedroom with off street parking was exactly what we wanted. Also, the kitchen did not disappoint with full size refrigerator and all the dishes/pots/pans/utensils necessary to prepare an eat-in meal. The nearby Trader Joe's with free parking was a bonus.Thanks to the owners of this outstanding property.'
