'Centrally located. Within a 20-30 minute walk of Stanley Park, Grandville Island, Gastown, Harbour Front. Neighborhood felt safe to walk around, building was secure and had a doorman most of the time. Building entrance is located in shared circular driveway with Sheraton Vancouver Wall hotel and convention center. 'Exactly what you need to explore this amazing city! Great location, modern decor, sparse yet functional, comfy bed and couch. Strong showerhead, great view, friendly building. Starbucks and liquor store across the street, cool dishes, good AC, strong ceiling fan, plenty of bedding linens, good washer/dryer.Only issues were the bathroom exhaust fan is ready for a proper burial, the sink garbage disposal wouldnt work so it plugged up (maybe a faulty switch?) and only one access fob so be prepared...
