'Very quiet and great location'

'This was listed as an “apartment” when in reality it was Motel 6. I had to prepay to be able to book this non-refundable listing rated 10/10. When my family and I arrived, I was told that I couldn’t stay there and that I was on a “Do Not Rent List”. They either couldn’t or wouldn’t give me the information to call and investigate this issue (I have never stayed at a Motel 6 before). Finally, I got in touch with customer service who informed me that I was NOT on the list and to return to the...

'The apartment itself was great, but we booked with the intention of being able to use the pool, upon arrival we go to the pool only to find out that it is closed. We were not notified of this and would probably not have booked had we known the pool wasn’t accessible. On the last day of our 3 day stay the pool was finally reopened, as we tried going into the pool early in the day we had issues because we didn’t have a key fob to get into the pool. 'The unit is aesthetically pleasing, despite its location in a less affluent neighborhood. While I initially disregarded this aspect due to a sense of safety, the neighbors adjacent to the unit engaged in loud music and arguments that extended into the parking space adjacent to the bedroom window until 12:00 AM. This unexpected disturbance was likely a one-time occurrence, but it has led me to reconsider my decision to remain in this location in the future. '

'Drove 5 hours. No property access. No response from host. Spent 1.5 hours trying to message host and with VRBO trying to sort situation. VRBO cancelled the rental. We sat parked, in the dark, on a side street. Ended up booking our own hotel accomodations. Highly inconvenient...and the last thing you want to deal with after a day of driving. '

'We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was great and the place was nice and clean. We had a slight AC issue the first day but the host had maintenance take care of it for us super quick. Similar to other reviews the only negative was the noises from the busy road through the night but nothing that wouldn’t keep us from reserving again!'

'Relaxing, Quiet and comfortable. Super clean, beautiful house, impressive decor, inviting outdoor patio, and adjustable beds. I attended a 2 day aesthetician conference. It’s located about 4 miles from museums, botanical gardens, the aquarium, food and shopping. '
