'Beautiful condo on the Beach. Nicely accessorized kitchen. Gorgeous sunsets and miles of sandy beach to walk. Easy parking on the premises. Host was delightful to communicate with and very timely and detailed with responses.'

'Our stay at Sharon’s was excellent. Communication with her was fast and easy. She was able to accommodate changing dates for us due to travel plan issues. Her home is very clean. Excellent views of the ocean. Walking distance to local restaurants and a small shop.'

'This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.'

'This property is so great! The location couldn’t be better- you just walk right out to the beach. The actual condo is so nice inside. The decor is perfect beach theme and is so tranquil and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and you can tell the owners take so much pride in their home away from home, because that’s truly what it is- their home. Everything inside is nice and everything you could need or want is there. You can tell the difference between other vacation rentals with cheap finishes...

'My partner and I stayed at Jane's property for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Although we initially had a problem with the door code, we called Ken and he quickly helped us to resolve it. It was very clean and had a lot of thoughtful touches that let us know that they cared about their guests (i.e. extra pillows, extra blankets, snacks, etc...) Also, the amenities were great too, like the modern dish washer, microwave and coffee maker. And of course the view from the deck looking...

'I’ve been to seascape resort for a meal before but never stayed over- will definitely be staying here again. Our young family of 4 loved the location- easy walk to the beach via the property, access to heated pool and spa. Conveniently located bar/restaurant on property. A few restaurants across the street for more casual dining. Sunset was AMAZING!'

'I was here for three nights. I enjoyed the view of the ocean and the coastal trees, the quick walk down to the beach. I could here the ocean waves from the balcony. I would come back again!'

'The location of the property was everything one can wish for however the condo itself seemed smaller than we expected. We couldn’t fit comfortably on the queen size bed, we are average size people, one of us had to sleep on the pullout sofa bed that was pretty uncomfortable. The kitchenette was really small, no oven or full size fridge. Overall we had a good time but for the price we expected a bit more.'

'Booking and checking in/out was incredibly simple, and the property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Communicating with host was very easy and she was lovely. We have stayed countless times at Seascape, but will definitely go this route again in the future as it is so much easier and we know we are getting just the right unit!'

'Although it turned out to only be two of us, it would have been fine for four. The only disappointment was the local restaurants were on winter hours which means they were open only Wednesdays through Sundays. Other than that, it was perfect for us.'
